Main task:
- Monitoring students' access to quality education;
- Recording of the movement of the student contingent on full-time (bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral) and distance learning technology;
- Control over the implementation of the academic calendar;
- Organization and control over the conduct of intermediate controls, the test and examination session of full-time students (bachelor's, master's, doctoral studies) and distance learning technologies;
- Analysis of the indicators of the examination session, final certification;
- Preparation and delivery of a transcript to the applicant according to the form of the student on the examination session (department of the organization of the educational process, the student, military department, administration, etc. );
- Preparation of summary tables of semester reports;
- Maintenance of intermediate, examination and final certification statements;
- Awarding of a State scholarship to students based on the results of the test and examination session;
- Preparation of travel voucher for students travel in the first and second academic period;
- Statistics and maintenance of statistical reports;
- Making a duplicate application to the diploma supplement (public service);
- Determination of the difference in the disciplines of the work curriculum during the transfer, restoration and return of the student from academic leave;
- Preparation of draft orders related to the students:
- Preparation of orders on enrollment, transfer, restoration, leaving for the third additional semester and transfer from course to course, an order on admission to the final state certification, assignment of qualifications, expulsion, academic leave, transfer to another university, etc.
- Preparation of applications for diploma graduates in full-time (bachelor's degree, master's degree) and distance learning.
- Issuance of a certificate of education of students at the university;
- Preparation and issuance of a certificate to the State Pension Payment Center;
- Transcript preparation;
- Obtaining certificates from the E-government portal E-gov;
- Registration of students for academic disciplines;
- Organization of frontier forms of control of students' knowledge;
- Preparation of the academic calendar and control over its implementation;
- Organization and monitoring of ongoing exams and control over them;
- Analysis of academic indicators of the session, final certification, control sections of students' knowledge;
- Determination of the average passing score (GPA);
- Organization and conduct of the final state certification;
- Filling in transcripts;
- Organization of the summer semester of students;
- Accounting for the movement of the contingent of students;
- Maintaining statistics on the contingent of students and preparing orders concerning the student contingent.
